Mine are "Genuine Steel" and only required slight drilling for the frame
mounts on the rear of the bars. It only took about 15 minutes for the
entire job.

Oh yeah... there are before and after pics of the bars... I had them sprayed
with Linex so if you like 'em shiney you are out of luck...LOL
