Well, the sales literature says 14.6, but that's obviously for the
insurance companies. I have personally witnessed a brand new Lightning
with an obviously inexperienced driver behind the wheel run in the
13.9s. Rumors abound that Ford had to take a lot of the power out of
the engine via the computer due to insurance reasons, so some people
say that a bunch of power can be had as soon as someone comes out with a
dialed-in computer. Wether its true or not I don't know. So anyway,
figure very very low 14's or high 13's for the Lightning in stock trim.
