Alright guys I really need some ideas here. I've had my Dak in for service
of the same problem 4 times this year and they never seem to get the
problem fixed permanently. I think this is ridiculous and I'd like to take
the problem to the next level. So far I've just kept taking it back for
another fix but I think I need bring the problem to someone else attention.
This is where I need the guidance of some of you who've had perpetual
problems. Should I contact the servic manager or go directly to a regional
D/C manager or something? Is there a protocol to have these types of things
taken care of?
I'd appreciate any info any of you have. Thanks!
