" DC will offer a third V8, which will be built at the Toluca,
Mexico engine plant, will have overhead cams displacing
6.1 L. and will be powered by a D-C proprietary blend of Cuervo and Jalapena
paste. This new blend is promised to produce higher then normal octane
levels while remaining very ozone friendly. However, spontaneous emissions
of this blend have been shown to cause burning around the tailpipe, eyes and
nose." - Eric Kurtz, (A highly placed source at D-C).

Don't stay away from the list too long Eric. all sorts of rumors could get
started it you're not around to defend yourself!

Good Luck with the Cherokee and let the DML know whats going on at DC
occasionally.

DC will offer a third V8, which will be built at the Toluca,
Mexico engine plant, will have overhead cams displacing
6.1 L. and most likely will be the base engine in the heavy
duty Rams.

The next generation V10 will most likely be about 6.5 L.
The next generation Cummins Diesel will probably be a 6.3 L
I6.

The next generation Minivan will offer a V8 which is said
to feel like a slightly de-tuned version of the SC 4.7 Charger
R/T. These Minivans are said to be based on the same platform
as the Intrepid/Concorde. The V8 is said to be only available
in the AWD, extended wheelbase Dodge, Chrysler Minivans (possibly
Caravan R/T and a performanced T&C (= Pacifica).

Despite politely-worded demands from DMLers, the MP PCMs for '97
Dakotas have been put on the dangerous list indefinitely
(J/K on this one, I hope).
