   Yeah, basically it has to use the battery for everything. Its
 not a good idea though, especially so on a computer controlled vehicle.
 You want to be absolutely sure the computer is getting enough voltage.

If i'm not mistaken as long as it does'nt drop below 9.6? volts your ok,for
short runs down the track with a recharge to top the battery off between
rounds you should'nt have any problems. (Just remember to put the belt back
on before heading for home)
