Yes, it is a '97 5.2 Automatic.
I don't know anyone with a "Snap-on" Scanner. The Dealership used their
hand held scanner that plugs in under the dash. The private mechanics have
one similar that runs Chrysler software.
I am wondering what sets off the "miss-fire" code. My Dakota is certainly
not missing. Must be a glich in the Hypertech program.
My truck runs great.
