Performing the actual tow will not be a problem... However, U-Haul will not
rent you a tow dolly if you only have the bumper hitch. You said it
yourself - the bumper is rated for 2000 pounds, and the car weighs more than
2000. My advice - buy a reciever hitch - you probably will need one anyway.
Then borrow a trailer from someone, put the car on the trailer, and take it
where it needs to go.
