Don't do it with the stock bumper. You could bend it at best, and
do some serious damage at worst. Get a class III hitch ($80.00),
pay someone $45 to install it. Good luck getting u-haul to rent you
a tow dolly. They wouldn't let me rent one with a V8!!! Try for a
tow-bar if you can fit it on the 280z...

they won't even rent it to you... i tried to tow an 86 mustang a short
distance and they wouldn't do it... that's why i went out and got a class
3. i towed my friends 88 accord a week ago and had no problems, but you're
going to need a hitch to tow it... u-haul is very strict about that
stuff....
