If he has a bad O2 sensor it could do it. or a clogged up fuel filter. Is
the truck lifted with big tires? if yes it could be the gears arent the
right ones. Is the air filter new or all stuffed up with crap? are the fuel
injectors clean or could they be clogged up. Id check the oxygen sensor
first. If it has a check engine light coming on find out why
