There are little "shields" that you can buy to keep the dust out of the rims
but the adverse affect is that very little air gets in to cool the discs and
they stay a lot hotter than normal. End result--warped brakes in record
time.
These are not a good idea. Live with the dust and keep a rag nearby to wipe
off the rims.
