Sounds to me like you got a bumm stat. --like it's stuck open all the time or
opens too quick... Does the gauge on the dash move at all? I've had my 180 in
for almost two years and haven't had any problems yet.

Basically what happens the motor doesnt reach operating temp in the time it
was programmed to. If the last thing you did is the thermostat change and it
happened after ytou did it its most likely the culprit. Take it off and put
the original back in and see what happens
