Installing tranny tips needed

Sorry to jump right in like this, I usually like to lurk a while
before I start asking questions, but a fellow MMLer suggested I
seek help here.

The intro:

First, my name is Mark Johnson, and I'm a MoPar-aholic, I started
with a 1940 Chrysler Royal Coupe, 440/727, Street Rod, then added
a 1970 AAR 'Cuda, followed by a '73 Challenger. So when time came
to find a beater truck for going to the dump, I of course started
looking at full size older Dodges in the under $2000 range. I saw
some real junk. Then an ad for a 1992 Dakota, 186,000 miles, V6,
auto OD, LE trim, standard cab, long bed in need of a trans, for $1300
caught my eye. A good friend of mine swore by his '93 318, and even
with the number of little problems he has had, he still loves his '99
R/T Dak. So off we went to chack it out!

Well it's in pretty good shape and the motor does'nt smoke, even
did a nice burnout before the tranny "warmed up" enough to quit.
Looks like I've bought a good everyday driver, for the beater
price tag. After 2 Saturdays thrashing on it, we finally extracted
the beast. A quick trip to my buddy Russ and $500 later I've got
a fresh trans and am hoping to do the install this weekend.

So, at last, the point. I need the torque specs for the converter
and any other tips or specs I might need. Actually any advice on
the truck at all would be appreciated. Thanks!
