I have the helper springs. I got 'em at NAPA 3 or 4 years ago and they've
been on ever since - best "mod for the money" I've made. I still have the
Wal-Mart Anco blades on that were on the arms when I put the springs on 3 or
4 years ago. They WORK!! - and my wiper motor still works just fine :)

I didn't want to do the aero attachments because 1) nobody could prove to me
that they would work effectively in all type of winds, and 2) they looked
too ricey. If you're going for the ricer look, you might want to do the
aero thingies. Otherwise, the helper springs are barely noticeable, can be
bent if you think they're putting too much pressure on the windshield, and
you can get 'em at NAPA (I think they are called wiper "snuggies" or
"huggies" or "huggers" or something like that - just ask for wiper helper
springs).
