Actually I thought it was "Groups of Stupid People". If you drive the
Parkinglot...er...Parkway you'd find that:
a. The stupid people do clump together (I guess strength in numbers).
b. These said groups drive extremely slow.
c. DO really stupid shit causing pileups with folks going into the divider,
and off-roading off the shoulder(causing you the "normal" folk to suffer a
pucker factor of a 20 trying to avoid these fools).
