<<1. How do you know if you have limited slip or not? My glove box sticker
says 8.25 rear axle and that it has a lock-up torque converter. It didn't say
anything about limited slip. Do I have limited slip?>>

Are you sure it didn't say "open", "standard" or "trac-lok" (trac-lok or
sure-grip are lsd's) 8.25 on the sticker? I haven't looked in awhile but I
thought mine said "standard" somewhere (I don't have a LSD).

<<2. How much fluid will I need for my rear axle? how many
quarts?>>

According to my '98 FSM you need 2.22L or 4.7 pts total fluid.
If I did my math right that's 2.35 qts.

<<3. how about my front axle? how many quarts?>>

Again the '98 FSM says, 194 FIA axle uses 1.72L or 3.6 pts.
Sooo, that should be 1.8 qts.

Good luck.
Tom
