  You can go to Autozone or a hardware store and buy a vaccum cap to
put on the vaccum nipple on the intake manifold, which will allow you to
remove that vaccum hose along with the filler tube. I would guess the
hardest thing would be finding the right kind of cap to put in place
of the filler tube... ?
