3" dumps may be a little much for 3.9L + they will annoy the heck out of
everyone. Also I don't think 3" pipes would work well because the restriction
will be at the collector. Go for a good muffler like some Hooker Aero chambers
and stick w/ 2-2.5" duals. IMOP dropping the truck will actually hurt 1/4 mile
traction. The traction bars should help though. W/ a 100 shot of N2o and all the
stuff you mentioned i would imagine a 13.9 shouldn't be too far away.

Dropping 3.5 secs off a 1/4 requires a lot of work ( or a lot of Nitroous:). I
wouldn't worry about head work for now. See if you can do the high 13's w just
bolt ons and a well tuned N2O system. If you're going for ONLY straght line
performance bolt on a set of Koni 60/40 drag shocks with the drop for ultimate
traction. Good Luck!
