My 99 is currently at the dealer to fix their plug gap.
I've been getting 14mpg avg. 5.2l, auto, 4x4, 3:92 gear
with a lot of highway miles, I should be avg. @ 16 or 17mpg
I took her in for the 12K oil change and they said the plugs
were fouled and they regappped them, the next two tanks of gas I
got 11 mpg!!!!! 11 MPG, out of a computer controlled/tuned
ignition, not pulling a thing, nothing in the bed!!!!
So they are trying to fix thier mistake!!!!!
I'm still trying to get them to fix the whisteling belt.
It sounds like whistleing, on de-celleration, like the belt
or pully is loose, I keep thelling them that.
It drives me crazzy to hear at 60 mph.
