1990 V-6 conversion to Magnum V-6

Does anybody know what is involved with swapping out a 1990 V-6 for a Magnum
V-6? I realize they are the same block and size, but what about the
electronics? Is it simply as easy as replacing the computer with the one
that came with the Magnum? What about the rest of the wiring? Don't want a
