Not true, I have driven up without an appointment numerous times and they
always have squeezed me in. Its ironic, because sometimes when I do make an
appointment, they don't have enough time to get to it. An oil change should
only take 20 minutes at the dealer and at my dealer they have a big sign
that says "NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED" for the oil change. Rob, I would call DC
customer service and report the dealer.

Driving up without an appointment and
expecting to get taken care of right away is like walking into a doctors
office without an appointment and expecting to get to see the doctor
immediately. And I doubt very seriously whether they have one guy that does
nothing but change oil. That's probably handled by the next available
mechanic when your turn comes.
