Sounds like the same stuff, kinda foamy, and the liquid looks like it has
graphite in it, it may be graphite?? Whatever it is, it has worked a many a
miracle for me too!!

Before I ever owned a Mopar someone told me about a Mopar rust
inhibitor/penetrant and it works great. It come in a can but its kinda
foamy not just a spray. It actually got the spring eye bolt off of my 10+
year old truck.
