ON LEVEL GROUND ONLY, chock the front tires, do Not set the park brake,
Jack up the rear of the truck so that both rear wheels are clear of the
ground, put the transmission in neutral, then with your hands turn one of
the rear wheels forward, if the other wheel spins in the same direction than
its a sure grip!! If it spins in the opposite direction than its an open
rear.
