Good news Bob. Mine will be due for inspection around October. I'm going
to run it through with all my mods just to see what happens. Maybe brave,
maybe stupid. I just want to know whats what. Know what I mean? :'B

Subject: DML: F&B Stage I passes

FIY, the F&B Stage I passed the Ontario Drive Clean Program.

I left the MP cam/valve train components/rockers/headers, K&N
open air cleaner, F&B tb, Autolite 3924 plugs on. I removed the
180 tstat, Redline water wetter and '96 MP computer. I was
too concern with the engine performance parts since they are
CARB approved.

Results:
                         40 km/hr (about 25 mi/hr)
                      Limit Reading Result
  HC ppm 58 57 PASS
  CO% 0.32 0.13 PASS
  NO ppm 0615 48 PASS

I asked about my high HC ppm reading and the owner said that
timing, vacuum leaks and/or something causing a rich condition
are usually the main causes. He said that the MP cam might
be affecting the timing although everything is running well.
