Try Drivetrain Specialists Inc. of Las Vegas. http://www.drivetrain.com
It's not going to be cheap. Best bet is to find someone who can operate an
arc welder and has access to a metal lathe. I've seen shortening jobs done
before (friend of the family has a 9" under a chebby that he races dirt
track with). Process involves cutting the tubes, reducing length and
welding them back on. Same with the axles, cut to reduce length and weld
them back together and balance them. Pretty straight forward job, but not
recommended by someone new to the job. It's not as simple as it
sounds. Just my $.02.

Another try might be Currie Enterprises http://www.4x4now.com/4wsjpcr.htm

Good luck
