I'm not sure why your goal is "as load as possible, but...

I've actually heard good things about the cheapy DynoMax mufflers at Pep
boys and the chain auto parts stores. They're cheap, and the "race" version
is supposed to be loud. Bonus: they flow better than FlowMaster - at least
that's what I've been told. Imagine that. However, since you're considering
glasspacks, I guess flow is not at the top of your priority list.

Funny thing I saw once - my buddy fired up a new 500hp chevy small block in
his truck, and when he revved it up, it spat the glass packing right out of
the worn out glasspack on the truck - he didn't have enough cash to buy
mufflers at the time. It was REALLY loud after that!
