I've had that happen at about 6k because my fuel pump locked up in my Camaro.
W/out any extra fuel in the combustion chamber... BOOM!

Yeah but you'll have to chop up your compressor or make a bracket to relocate
the compressor so that it clears the M1's new wateer neck.
