    This is the one I was trying to descibe :) I just saw this cowl in
Sport Truck magazine and thought it would look better than the
black cowl that's there now. I would probably be facing the same
situation as you where the hood and the cowl are two different heights
as I will be installing my new hood soon.
    I just visited your web site and tried to see what it looked like on
your Dak. The pictures were a bit too small to see any detail. Do you have
any larger ones you could send to me. I really think this cowl would look
better than the stock cowl, but I am concerned over the height difference.
    I am also concerned about the stress cracks. I was quickly wondering
if the problem would be allievated by adding some thin metal or something
by the bolt holes.
    Lastly (and I thank you for your patience) ... Where did you buy your's?
I saw it advertised in GodFatherCustoms, but don't know the price.
