Sounds like the hoses used in radiant-floor heating systems. Typically
they're buried in a concrete floor and hot water is run through them to
heat the room (watch a few episodes of This Old House and you're bound
to see it).
There must be a spec sheet for the hose somewhere. Ask one of the
people at a desk in Home Depot, or get contact info for the supplier
from them and contact the maker directly.
