Since Mopar has been using a multi-spark, capacitive discharge system in their
ignitions since way back in the 70s (they even sell MSD-6As rebadged as MP
boxes) - why would anybody upgrade them? I do run an Accel coil for a slightly
hotter spark and to allow me to use a larger spark plug gap but what gives on
the ignition box upgrades people are doing? Anyone care to explain what I'm
missing here?

Thanks,

Shane
