Dester, forget the torque, listen to Sam. One at a time, turn the crank till
a pushrod is on the lowest base of the cam lobe, twist or twirl the pushrod
with your fingers while slowly tightening the allen screw.
When the allen touches the pushrod, you are at zero lash, turn 1/2 to 3/4
more to preload the plunger in the lifter and then tighten the 9/16 lock
around the allen screw. If all else fails, call Sam in the middle of the
night and he will be happy to walk you through it ;^)....... uh I meant me
