Damn dude,
That exact same thing hapened to my friend last week, he left his truck
(old Mazda B2200) in a parking lot, we went for a hike, when we got back, his
pass window was broken, AND his CD Player, Speakers (6X9 in boxes behind
seat), and about 50 CDs were all gone, holy shit, we were PISSED, but the
cops came, adn his insurance company gave him well more than it was worth
(like $30 a CD Ect...)

PS Yes, he did have arecord with his insurance company of how much his
stereo stuff was worth, if somone doesn't I highly advise getting that done
