I'd be surprised if emission checking comes here anytime soon. It
doesn't seem to be something anyone around here is too worried about,
including the politicians. They just recently stopped giving
inspection stickers to people with holes in their exhaust system. It
had nothing to do with emissions or noise, it was to help prevent CO
poisoning.
