Reason for a "Power Pulley" and Electric Fan conversion has nothing to do
with a Supercharger...they're separate modifications that can be done on any
normally aspirated vehicle as well as forced induction (Turbo or
Supercharged).

>From past experiences with Paxton and Vortech, the "parasitic loss" wasn't
more than 5-7% and the amount of HP and TQ made from the Supercharger far
outweighed the very minor loss from the drive belt.

One can get even better results by bypassing the A/C and Power Steering with
a shorter belt.
