MP does not condone the use of any header wrap. They say it will void the
warranty if you have their headers. I would go with Jet Hot (or similar)
coating. If you've ever seen a pair of headers after the wrap has been on
there for a while and the wrap removed you will see. They are usually well
rusted from water being trapped in the blanket. Ceramic coating does cost
more but it is definitely worth the added cost. my headers have been on for 2
years and still look very new, I am sure anyone with a coated pair will
agree.
