BUT, if everything (sensors, pcm, injectors, ignition system, etc.) is
operating correctly, that is what the O2 sensor should be doing ... outputs
voltages which are interpreted by the pcm as oscillating between
rich and lean in its 'endless' adjustments to attain stoich ...
which means the meter will display alternating rich and lean.
