an Army, this is a equivalent to a militia not National Guard per say.
Looking from a criminal aspect, I would not dare to enter into a armed home
knowing that there is a gun waiting for me.
It is known among those Demofats, that states who have concealed firearms
have a lower crime rate then states that do not.
Fact is fact. Since I have been there, both places (lived) England and
Switzerland, I do know.

alex your stats have big holes. In Switzerland every man between the ages
of 17 and 47 belongs to there equivalent of the National Guard(this is
mandatory) and is issued a semi-auto rifle and is only used for official
use. So your comparison of crime stats is very flawed.
