Yep, the Dodge ones go on in the up position.

Subject: DML: Bed Extenders - who makes them?

Who makes bed extenders? I assume they are available from Dodge
(Mopar?), but the ones I have seen are not acceptable.

Here's my problem. I plan to haul motorcycles with my Quad Cab.
This works fine with the tail gate down. A bed extender would help
prevent other stuff from flying out the back of the truck. But, I
need a bed extender that can be removed while I load the bike, and
then replaced by attaching it from the rear (sliding it in from the
rear). Most bed extenders I have seen (except for those found on
Ford F150 Crew Cabs) mount by holding them straight up and dropping
them into the pivot points (see the link below as one example). But,
with a bike in the way, I can't do that.

Who else makes bed extenders?

Thanks.

Mike
