You probably broke the law by not coming to a complete stop before turning right on red.
However if you can prove that you were not on the street that the ticket says you were you
are legally not guilty because you must be guilty as charged, not approximately as
charged. I have beat 2 tickets in my life because the officer wrote down the wrong
location of the violation.
