It is 6000 when you run an automatic through the gears manually.

Nope, two separate things from what I could tell. RPM limiter on a stock
PCM is 4800, speed limiter is around 115 mph. HP PCM RPM limiter is 5200 and
speed limiter is....UP UP and AWAY!

My experience is that its more of an rpm limiter than a speed limiter but
that it takes both rpm and speed into account.
I can get 110+ if I ease it up there and stay out of the high rpms, but if
I'm kicking it it cuts out mid 90s.

Maybe mine is broke. Anyone else's behave like this?
