Yea, I went through the 3.8L head gasket deal, before the recall. I did the
job myslef, took about 15 hrs, and about 200 bucks. Then they recalled it,
said they would reimburse folks, so I call them and tell them I want my money
back ($1100) they said sure, send us the reciepts, I was like well, I did it
myself, so I don't have a receipt. They said sorry, we can't help you! WTF!!
I went round and round with them, never got a dime from them, and I'll never
buy a Ferd again!
