I don't have my manual handy, but it should be near the firewall,
probably on the passenger side. Look for 2 hoses going into a tank-like
plastic thing; One may be on the bottom.

Not sure how you can check for a blockage...it'd be a lot easier out of
the truck, I'm sure. I guess for starters get the engine warmed up, put
the head on full blast, and see if those 2 hoses are both warm.
