1. Disconnect -ive battery cable.
2. Drain coolant from rad and block.
3. Thoroughly clean block core hole and block heater seat (plug
    should be next to the oil filter on the rad side).
4. Insert block heater assembly with element loop pointing down.
5. With block heater fully seated, tighten center screw to
     17 in. lbs. of torque.
6. Using clips, run cord from pass. side, across top of rad., to
     driver's side.
7. Fill cooling system.
8. Reconnect -ive battery cable.
9. Start and warm engine checking for leaks.
