It's very possible that the neon is running 12's. I have a sentra se-R and
the performance is endless for what you can do to these cars. My car stock
will run low 15's(yes, it's a stock-4 cyclinder car).
Considering the neon is lighter-and probably has as much aftermarket support
as nissan does-i see no reason why you couldn't put a high horse power turbo
kit on it and kick some ass.
