Steven, Get in contact with Dave Hughes (Hughes Engines) he has the intake
for a 4.7L that I sent him not sure if he has looked at it yet. As for the
latest dyno pull, I did'nt notice any dip at that rpm range on all 3 runs,
there was one on one of those runs, but you cannot go by one run on a dyno.
Thats a common misconception, alot times you'll have "spikes" in a dyno graph
that will through the peak numbers way off, I have seen a few on the net were
folks claim they have X amount of power, but if you look at their graph it
has a spike in it, spikes like these are not normal to an engine. You need
atleast 2 runs, and should have 3 runs to get an average. My latest runs
posted these numbers, notice peak TQ in the low 3000 rpm range. Nice low end
TQ, followed by alot of mid and high rpm HP, makes for a nice combo on the
strip ;)

<< Matt, I have noticed on your dyno sheets and now mine, we share a torque

Yahoo! You can gun the motor and have that available torque at any RPM
range. The engine designer was right on the 4.7.
Also I have noticed with all the 4.7 dyno runs, there is a slight dip on
both the HP/TQ line at 2700 through 3000 RPM. I need to have Bruce figure
what is going on or contact Mike (Chrysler engineer) for answer.
After this the next item to tinker with is that nylon intake. I will need
to purchase one from Chrysler and see what can be done.
