    Sounds like you have everything pretty well covered. I wish I had enough
land where I am for a garage like that ;-)
    The only things that come to my feeble mind that weren't mentioned are:

- Heating/cooling system
- Possibility of an exhaust fan because no matter how you try, there is
always dust from cutting. This would blow whatever dust the collectors miss
out instead of having it settle down.
- You are planning on a regular door (36")?
- Drains in the floor for washing your Dak inside and rinsing the floor
- breaker box in the garage
