Here's what i would have done ;)
#1.....get his plate & find out where the little turd lives.
#2.....have a pair of 727/DC9 landing lights installed
#3.....pull up behind his car,and flick e'm on..(only for 2-3 sec)
#4.....as u back up,notice that his paint,and primer have burned down to the
metal...
