Sounds okay to me. No extra loads, you're just changing the time when the
lamps turn on. I doubt the difference between low beam and high beam make
enough difference to cause any problems....unless those aren't stock
headlights.

For those of you with a little more electrical knowledge than what I posses.
Does this all sound straight? I'm curious what kinds of loads are placed on
the wiring harness when this mod is performed.
