Josh,it may not concern you, but 210* scares me pretty bad! Mine will never
see 210* as long as I own it.I will try to polish the valve covers again,
maybe I'm just not doing it right? I'm not looking for plant you in the seat
power or drag racing power out of this motor,just a little pulling
power.With the cam profile and retarted timing this motor has dialed into
it, it should pull a little stronger than it does.If I want to race, I'll
just go get one of the race cars out.

With a temperature of 112 outside, your truck running 210 isn't that bad,
especially if you are stopped. So I wouldn't complain about it running 210
when it is 112 outside and your truck is stopped running for a length of
time. My valve covers look good when I use Meguiars aluminum polish on them,
of course after a day of heat and running, they are back to looking dull,
but that can't be helped. If your looking for power in this motor, you have
to look a little higher then 400-1800 rpms to get it.
