They are effective (at least the brands i've tried/tested). The two best ones
are listed below.

NOS Octane Booster (Race Formula w/Nitro - Silver Can)
ProBlend Nitro-Power (Fun stuff!!)

Both are "Cat Safe" and both run about $10.00/can. Add that into your fuel
cost and you could be running Super Unleaded for less money. ;) (They do work
though.)
