Truck bed is sagging on one side

Afteroon everyone... Not sure if anyone can advise me on this one. The
4x4 Silver 89 seems o have some back end problems. looking at the truck
from teh rear - you can see that the right corner of the bed seems to be
sagging. Or the left corner is too high -depends on how you look at
it. Now this is the truck that I went to the east coast to buy. I have
no idea of its history. It was used as a plow truck and thats about all
I know. The bed and wheel wells were spray painted with a flat
battleship grey sort of spray paint. I'm wondering if that was done to
keep it from turning to rust - or if it was a bed repair. Because I
cant see any signs of damage to the bed itself. My question is - could
this sagging be caused by bad leaf springs and bad shocks? (the shocks I
know are bad) because I cant really figure out whats causing it.
Could that also be a sign of frame damage??

I am trying to get my personal web site up and running - but I need to
find a better server to put it on! I ran out of room!
